Why makes your blood move?

I love this video and song by AHA.  I love haunting songs.  I think this guy, the singer is amazing.  I grew up with the songs such as Take on Me, but they have a whole assortment of great songs.  This is one about a relationship breaking apart.  Wishing he had her back.  We are all lonely without our partner.  Does he kill himself in the video or is it just a metaphor for his pain?  Did he have an affair?  Looking and searching he tries to reconnect with her, trying to write to her, driving around searching.  Walking along a bridge and explaining that he is cold without her. 

I have felt cold before and know what it feels like for unrequited love.  But in the end he seems to make it without her.  Would you be able to?  Would you be able to forget?  Let me know.

This is a heart shaped figure created by the use of my girlfriend’s and my hands while we were staying at the Mirage in Las Vegas.  Supposed to symbolize our love for each other?  The ring she gave me on my thumb, symbolizes the long lasting friendship our has lasted.  Seven years is a long time and our blood moves our body together as we move forward in our relationship that will last forever.
